About 42.5% of the employees in corporate India are afflicted with depression or anxiety, and about 38.5% of employees sleep less than 6 hours due to high work stress levels (Source: Assocham Survey, 2015). Chronic fatigue and the negative impact on the employee’s health, has a direct impact on staff turnover and attrition levels, increased absenteeism, and reduced productivity for the organization.
At IReflect, we aim to provide support for promoting mental health and well being at the workplace. Our experts have worked on developing special modules that we use to help our clients:

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
One on one counselling sessions are conducted with individuals, who are going through crisis situations in their lives (Loss of a loved one, divorce, depression, etc.). Anonymity and confidentiality are aspects that we give utmost importance, we also conduct online individual sessions whenever needed.
Interactive/Group Sessions
Interactive sessions are conducted over a period of 2-3 months with the same group of people (10 – 15) from the organization. These sessions involve psycho-education, and help individuals to better understand and acknowledge their emotions. We also teach exercises on grounding and pausing, gratitude, and mindfulness.
Workshops
For larger groups (usually over 20 people), we design workshops as per the requirements of the organisation. We work with you to gain an in-depth understanding of various humane aspects of your organisation, and design custom programs as per the organisation’s requirements.
In the past we’ve worked with multiple organisations to conduct such workshops. Some of these are:
- Awareness Programs – Benefits of counselling for the corporate sector
- Parenting for working mothers
- Work Life balance
- Stress and its impact at work
- Acknowledging emotions ‘It’s okay to not be okay’
Overall Mental Health Initiative
This involves a combination of the individual counselling, interactive sessions and workshops. These help create awareness around importance of mental health, address taboos, bust myths, promote ideas of self care, interpersonal skills, communication, and help create a culture of empathy and compassion – towards self and towards others.
The purpose of this initiative is to help
- Deal with start-up stress, in case you are a new company,
- To help to help people manage work relationships with colleagues and managers more effectively,
- To accentuate team work,
- To build a culture of growth in the organization.
The above consists of only a few ways we offer to help organizations. To get details about the work we do, please get in touch with us.
