If you are a psychologist, or someone working in the field of mental health, this initiative at IReflect is to support you.
As a psychologist, you are attuned to providing support to others, and empathy comes naturally to you. However, sometimes, you may yourself feel lonely, lost, or needing support in your journey of supporting others. Our aim at IReflect is to create an ongoing support group for mental health professionals, to help you with feeling belonged and having a sense of community, because we understand that healers need healing as well.

The support groups at IReflect provide you with a space to share your feelings and personal experiences with other mental health professionals such that you get emotional support, help you understand the concerns that other professionals in the field are facing, and help you feel connected to the professional community.
Along with support, these groups also involve study group sessions, where you can share case experiences (strict anonymity and confidentiality is maintained) and help yourself and other therapists/psychologists in developing newer perspectives, thus bringing an organic up gradation in skills, enhancing learning, and breaking the monotony for a professional who could have been stuck in a particular case. These study groups help you in sharing your expertise, as well as in growing your learning.
Please get in touch with us for further details, in case you want to be a part of these support groups and study groups.
