I started seeing Megha when I was probably at the lowest emotional time in my life. I remember feeling that life was bereft of any meaning and everything I did was self-serving and futile. After years of hesitating, I finally decided to seek professional help. I looked up professionals online and something about Megha seemed genuine. But I wasn’t sure if she would be the right therapist for me. I decided to chance it. In the first few sessions, she just heard me out. At first, I was skeptical of her methods, but the fact thatI could share my feelings with someone without judgement, kept me going. These techniques, over a period of time, helped me acknowledge my feelings, be aware of its impact, and deal with them better.
